Shagang Group's Agricultural Tool Steel Exports to Overseas Markets for the First Time

Recently, Shagang International Trade Company signed the first export contract for hot coil for agricultural tools 30MnB5, and successfully entered the Turkish agricultural machinery manufacturing industry. The first export of agricultural tool steel laid a new foundation for the export of Shagang Group's high value-added hot coil products, and established a new milestone for Shagang Group's overseas market export strategy.
As representative steel in agricultural steels, the 30MnB5 alloy structural steel has the characteristics of high hardness and wear-resistance, and is mainly used for making wear-resistant parts and tools for agricultural machinery, ploughing machines, harvesters, and pulverizers. It is reported that relying on the strong support of the government and the high demand of the machinery market, the Turkish machinery manufacturing industry has continued to develop in recent years and has become one of the main growth drivers of the Turkish economy. For this contract, Shagang International Trade Company and Shagang Iron and Steel Research Institute convened a number of meetings with sales department, production department, quality inspection department, logistics department and other related departments. Invited clients to the factory for review, on-site visit to Shagang's hot coil production line and quality control department, and gave clients full confidence in key aspects such as production technology, quality control, and logistics and after-sales service.
