The 10th Trade Union Congress of Shagang and the 8th Workers' Congress were Held Successfully

On the afternoon of October 30, the 10th Trade Union Congress of Shagang and the 8th Workers' Congress were held in the administrative center. Chairman of the board of directors Shen Wenrong, and leaders such as Shen Bin, He Chunsheng, Chen Xiaodong, Shi Yixin, Huang Yonglin, Ma Yi and Lei Xuemin, as well as 264 trade union representatives and employee representatives from various lines and 36 nonvoting delegates attended the meeting. Mr. Xu Liangqian, general manager of Shagang International Trade Company and Mr. Zhang Kang, the staff of general afire office of Shagang International Trade Company, attended the congress on behalf of Shagang International Trade Company’s Workers. Ji Hongliang, chairman of the Zhangjiagang City Federation of Trade Unions, attended the meeting to congratulate.
The congress deliberated and approved the trade union work report on “Strengthening Positive Energy and Enhancing New Power to Promote Stable Development, Innovative Development and Harmonious Development of Enterprises”; deliberated and approved the financial work report of the company's trade unions; deliberated and approved the relevant systems such as the “Employee Handbook”, “Enterprise Compensation and Benefit Management System”, “Attendance and Vacation Management System”; elected the new members of the Trade Union Committee and the members of the Audit Committee. The General Manager of the International Trade Company, Mr. Xu Liangqian, was elected as a member of the new Shagang Group Trade Union Committee.
